Work you ll do
As an Analyst within our HRT team you will:
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing by coordinating testing with test user groups
Schedule and run UAT sessions
Establish UAT test plans and reporting procedures
Work with development team to resolve UAT defects found in testing
Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports.
Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
Assist in proposal development, as requested
Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
Handle reporting development, support tracking of project progress, and support meeting logistics and coordination
Coordinates with other HR life cycle teams to ensure alignment around reporting and project tracking mechanisms

This encompasses not only improving HR processes and organizational structure, but also looking strategically at how HR can better support business needs and create value for the organization.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology (I/O Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Mathematics, Hard Science or other relevant field
2 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
Understands basic HR transformation concepts and ideally working experience supporting numerous HR life cycle events
May have experience building functional requirements
Prior Federal consulting experience
Design thinking preferred
