We are looking for a senior SaaS & Software Sales Executive that can help us grow and develop the CRM & Customer Experience business even further.

You will be working in a dedicated local CRM & CX team in close co-operation with international experts and thought leaders. Together with Sales Consultants, Oracle Direct (Telesales) and our Sales Partners you qill be prospecting, qualifying, presenting and selling CX SaaS & software based solutions to our biggest accounts in a dedicated industry. You will work with the Client’s senior business stakeholders and help them define their next generation of customer experience strategy within:

  • Sales Force Automation

  • Marketing Automation and Lead Management

  • Customer Care, Service and Support

  • Omnichannel Commerce & Configure, Price and Quote Solutions

  • Social Relation Management – marketing, monitoring and engagement

You will be part of an energetic team with a clear ambition of Sales Excellence and thought and execution leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve quarterly sales targets by selling SaaS & software solutions into major new and existing accounts within an assigned geography.

  • Pipeline development together with sales peers through cold calling, marketing campaigns - through Social Media, physical events, Oracle Direct, partners etc.

  • Work with prospects through value based selling, reference selling and ROI analysis.

  • Engage and work with relevant stakeholders to win new business

  • Develop strong customer references with our reference team

  • Evangelize CRM & CX business benefits and strategy internally and externally

  • Be visible, energetic - Lead and evolve the Oracle CX business!

  • Deliver accurate forecast and pipeline weekly

  • Some travelling required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree or higher

  • Fluency in the local language and English.

  • 5 years on-quota transactional sales experience selling B2B. Experience in selling SaaS based solutions is preferred. Experience in sales, marketing, service & support, social is an advantage.

  • Successful history of selling to net new customers

  • Proven sales to lines of business and selling to C-level

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly expanding and changing environment

  • Entrepreneurial

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years applicable experience including 7 years of sales experience. Successful sales track record. Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
