Objectivesof this Role

  • Managing both our existing sales pipeline anddeveloping new business opportunities.

  • Take a lead role in the development of proposalsand presentations for new business materials to create and nurture businessopportunities and partnerships.

  • Identify trends and customer needs, building ashort/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.

  • Develop strategies and positions by analysing newventure integration.

  • Assist in the coordination and implementation ofmarketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals.

  • Motivate the team, track performance, and reportmetrics.

Dailyand Monthly Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customerdrivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.

  • Manage proposal response process, includingdetailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources.

  • Generate new leads, identify and contactdecision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in-linewith strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics

  • Develop and implement overarching outbound salesand business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and bestpractice to deliver against a target.

  • Support deal structure and pricing with businessvalue analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals

  • Maintain and share professional knowledge througheducation, networking, events, and presentations

Skillsand Qualifications

  • Business fluent in German.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or management.

  • Successful track record in B2B SaaS sales andnegotiation.

  • Strong command of the media and advertisingecosystem.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Working experience with sales techniques.

  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, andbudgeting.

  • Proven ability to plan and manage resources.

  • Ability to translate complex technicalconcepts into simple value propositions.

PreferredQualifications

  • Experience with CRM software (i.e., Salesforce)

  • Ability to deliver presentations

  • Understanding of Media measurement and verificationanalytics tools & platforms

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years applicable experience including 7 years of sales experience. Successful sales track record. Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
