We have an entry level spot on our high functioning and data driven team. This person will be responsible for overseeing the daily data entry processes and programs as well as partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Communications, Deployment, Operations and agency partners to drive best-in-class consumer engagement strategies

Job Description:

Apply technology and lead generation processes that enhance the efficiency, functionality and capability of the business areas supported by our digital marketing group.

Analyze, perform and support communications for various marketing platforms

Participate on the team, support peers and other business areas on technology and processes and, communicate clearly the processes

Communicate effectively and responsively within all levels of digital marketing

Exercise limited independent judgment and discretion in handling various requests and issues.


  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree, in Computer Science or comparable business degree or experience

  • Excellent Excel skills

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Relational Database knowledge is a plus

  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision under tight deadlines.

  • Able to adapt to the quickly changing pace of a dynamic environment.

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Experience working with CRM software

  • Experience at a multinational, public company preferred

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills in English

  • Excellent interpersonal skills working in a team environment

  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently when needed

  • Organized and reliable, able to efficiently manage multiple tasks

  • Great attitude and work ethic

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization

  • s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Provides administrative support to the Business Analysts to collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Prepares updates to management received from the Business Analysts regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Assists in the communication of Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. May assist in driving implementation of new processes and procedures.

Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is needed. May determine methods and procedures on new assignments. May provide guidance to other support members. Applies technical aspects of the job to complete tasks. Typically 4 - 6 years of related experience.
