Growth Implementer (Site Acquisition Officer)

Carry out the implementation of Growth strategy by site acquisitions consistent with network-integrated master and multi-year plans and to ensure compliance on standards at the minimum overall cost.
Develop plans for the overall network structure and to analyze and select the optimum investment portfolio of site acquisitions that is consistent with these plans and within the overall retail business strategy and objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the investments.
Create and update network master plans to meet the short or long term goal set by the business.
Implement strategy and assure activities are aligned accordingly to secure long term business competitiveness.
Be able to analyze, process & interpret large amounts of data within tight deadlines; able to set & work with (conflicting) priorities.
Contribute to the future strategy and direction of Network Planning.
Develop the yearly Operating Plan Network Components and yearly Capital plan.
Submit and Implement IP process with agreed economics and exercise financial authorities.
Assure global practices are implemented in the Market effectively.
Enable cross-functional teamwork to improve delivery efficiency.
Proactively connect with functional experts and cross-functional teams to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of delivery.
Accountable for the Market plan delivery together with Real Estate and Engineering as well as the planning delivery.
Research on demographics, infrastructural changes, and development of white spots and areas where there will be a business impact.
Analyze data of existing network in order to propose optimization actions.
Conduct project feasibility analysis for all projects in the detailed masterplan
Supervise all third party support like Project Engineer, GI Consultant, Broker, Researcher by ensuring targets and deliverables are met.
Conduct assessment for 3rd party services (Project Engineer, Broker, GI Consultant, and Researcher)
Explain and cascade DO application process, investment amount, ROI, the retail operation to the business partner.
Assist Retail Territory Managers in their end to end target, if any.

Minimum of 5-7 years of solid experience in Retail Estate/ Business Development and expansion or equivalent
Awareness in the following areas: Customer and Stakeholder focus, Maximizing Business Opportunities, Display of Interpersonal Effectiveness, Delivering Results, Understanding and Applying Retail Economics, Managing Platforms, and Agreements.
Skilled in the Application of Retail HSSE Standards and Customer Service Processes, Managing Relationship with Retailers, Site/ Cluster Performance and Admin, and Retailer Value Proposition (RVP)
Knowledge in Network Planning, Negotiation and Project Management
