CACI International Security Installation Supervisor in Malmstom Air Force Base, Montana

Job Description

CACI is seeking an experienced security installation supervisor to lead a project team of security technicians in the installation, testing, and sustainment of an electronic security system for a Department of Defense customer. As the supervisor, you would be overseeing and/or performing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, repair, and/ or service of electronic security equipment and systems. This position is 100% on-site at the customer location.


  • Under supervision of the project manager, leads/performs a wide variety of complex activities associated with installing, maintaining, servicing, and testing electrical/ electronic/ mechanical equipment. This includes perimeter intrusion detection systems (fence sensors, buried line sensors, microwave detection systems), area detection systems (interior and exterior), access control systems, CCTV and surveillance systems, as well as command control displays equipment.

  • Ensures quality of installation work meets industry standards for good workmanship, Government specifications, CACI guidelines, and program/ project checklists.

  • Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the product solution.

  • Assists project manager, engineer, and quality inspector in interpreting customers' needs, defining next steps, and clarifying the assignment of responsibility for problem resolution as needed.

  • Maintains a project folder that shows the project phases from beginning to close out.

  • Maintains solution standards/processes/policy documentation as agreed, having regard for accepted business standards.

  • Provides instruction and guidance via training courses to customer's personnel.

  • Coordinates the logistical needs for field service projects, including the selection of qualified personnel/resources for assignments.

  • May participate in special projects as required.

Required Skills

  • Possess a minimum of ten years of technical experience in a specific function/technological area related to physical or electronic security systems.

  • Ability to test and trouble shoot electronic security equipment, interpret drawings and maintenance manuals.

  • Possess an Associate’s degree or equivalent in that functional/technological area. An additional two years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

  • Working knowledge of physical and electronic security systems and equipment as well as their installation, test, and operation is required.

  • Current DOD Secret security clearance.
