We are currently seeking a Claims Administrator (CA) to join our fairly large team in the Manila office. As a CA with Mercer health business, you would be working in a team to ensure that we are providing top notch services to our clients. Qualifications You would be expected to:

Provide claims administration support ensuring adherence to client service level agreements as well as coordinate with other team members to achieve deliverable and assist in supervision of the deliverables of other Claims Administrators

Ensuring service level is met within the agreed SLA and in accordance to operational policies and objectives.

Evaluation and adjudicate health claims and perform first level of claims administration for health insurance claims

Review and ensure internal compliance is adherent to

Taking on projects on process improvements and efficiency
Participates in providing inputs to overall operational strategies Ensures quality and timeliness of team deliverables are consistent within segment of responsibility Participates in select client meetings to provide specific solution when needed

Participates in documentation of operational processes

To be successful in this role, you would be:

A university graduate

At least 5 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry preferred

Knowledge of life and health insurance claims is an advantage

Proficient in MS office

Good communication in English and customer service orientated. MAN000K8-en
