IBM Offering Manager in MARKHAM, Ontario
Work with cross functional teams to lead and manage the launch of new offerings
Prioritize industries and segments for offerings
Synthesize primary research on users, competitors, ecosystem participants, partners to support offering strategy
Develop business plan supporting outcomes, resource requirements, pricing and packaging approach etc.
Validate market requirements with customers and prospects and translate requirements into offering roadmap
Collaborate to define effective routes to market; identify gaps, enable channels and mitigate risks as needed
Negotiate/secure commitments from ecosystem partners
Identify required services/support capacity across regions and ensure that offering is ready for deployment
Experience assessing digital readiness and facilitating digital asset development
Expertise in essential technical domains; Expertise in relevant industry and/or functional domain
Collaborate with other disciplines to project manage offering roadmap
Work effectively with other Units involved in offering, including sales & distribution, to develop integrated offerings
Engage with clients, sellers, partners, market stakeholders to solicit feedback
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience with one or more IBM Analytics products
Must be able to present to C level executives
Knowledge of Enterprise software practices, as well as understanding of Cloud offering and deployment models.
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- Knowledge of IBM Data Science and Business Analytics portfolio is an asset.
