Oracle User Adoption Consultant in Marlborough, Massachusetts
Customizes and delivers education services to external customers.
The Staff Consultant/Instructor is responsible for the success of their assigned Oracle project/training events and committed to superior customer service. They are expected to participate in the development of plans for continuous personal and professional growth. Control aspects of the customer event (i.e. instruction, application implementation, environment, setup etc.) to ensure success. Produce quality deliverables on a project (i.e. assessments, communication, curriculum development, Tutor, eLearning). Continually develop capacity to deliver services that add value to the customer and grow their understanding of basic concepts. Provide support to project team, project management, and upper management. Meet utilization targets. Travel as needed.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. BS or equivalent functional or professional experience preferred. Has obtained or is working towards applicable industry recognized certifications (OCP, CPA, CPIM). Has 1 plus years technical or professional experience using Oracle products, methods or related software.

The Consultant User Adoption specialty position is to provide support to the NetSuite Adoption Services Practice in the development, implementation, ongoing improvement and delivery of Transformation and Organizational Change Management initiatives. This position will work across multiple teams delivering services within North America.
Serve as the consulting lead for user adoption initiatives for NetSuite clients of all sizes
Collaborate with NetSuite clients to define long-term vision, goals and strategies for enabling change within their organization
Develop and execute user adoption and change management strategies to successfully facilitate the transformation from current state to desired state
Conduct organizational needs assessments, stakeholder analysis, and document business processes and systems
Design and deliver robust communications and stakeholder engagement plans including identification and definition of methods and channels in order to drive change within the client organization
Simplify difficult situations, models and issues to create executable actions
Partner with client leadership to ensure continued support for the change initiative and engagement
Manage project execution from start-to-finish and drive team efforts to deliver according to plan (scope, quality and time)
Manage numerous project deliverables across multiple areas of client engagements
Bachelor s degree, preferably in Organization Psychology, Organization Development, Management Information Systems or Business Administration.
Master s degree or post graduate coursework preferred.
2 years of experience in executing ERP or large-scale initiatives including but not limited to organizational change, business process management, and systems implementations/conversions.
Experience working on initiatives for complex, global organizations.
Grounding in at least one widely used change management methodology or framework and an ability to be flexible and adapt to new methodologies.
Project and change management skills in scoping, designing and delivering business and IT transformational activities.
Experience with software in a SaaS environment is helpful.
