We are looking for EH&S and Facilities Manager in Eaton’s electrical business, based in Mascot, Australia. This exciting role offers opportunity to:
- Provide environmental, health, safety and security leadership to Electrical ANZ organization
Your essential responsibilities:
Manage and direct site in achieving EH&S targets and objectives.
Direct development, maintenance and achievement of goals in support of corporate and business group EH&S strategic initiatives.
Maintain site ISO & OHSAS-related certifications
Assure accurate and complete EH&S reporting of metrics
Facilitate risk assessment to identify critical EH&S hazards and aspects
Manage injuries and workers compensation claims
Drive and promote zero incident EH&S culture
Oversee facility maintenance of the Mascot facility and provide support to other locations
If you have:
Degree in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environmental discipline or equivalent
5+ years of experience with an emphasis in environmental, health and safety program management and employee training; ideally with experience in implementation of ISO14001 and AS/NZS4801 management systems
Certified first aider, fire warden; Training and experience in multi-state worker's compensation management & return-to-work program
Strong communication, organization and project management skills
