Cintas HRIS Business Analyst 3 in Mason, Ohio

Cintas is seeking an HRIS Business Analyst 3 to support the HR Department. The key objective of this position is to support the Human Resources information systems (SuccessFactors). Responsibilities include configuring and managing the SuccessFactors system; completing unit and functional testing; researching complex data issues; defining and modifying business process flows; providing internal consulting support to business leads; and collaborating with external vendors to resolve issues and enhance the system. A successful candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment with aggressive timelines.
High School Diploma/GED
Minimum 5 years' experience in system configuration
Minimum 5 years' experience defining business requirements and developing/executing detailed test plans
Strong consulting and communication skills to provide recommendations and options to meet business needs
Experience with interface files/data feeds
Bachelor’s Degree in business or technical field
Experience with SuccessFactors application or other HR cloud solutions
High School Diploma/GED (+11 years)
