Develops, implements, and/or maintains employment and other recruiting programs. Assists recruiting management in setting the college campus strategy for the identification, recruitment and qualification of college hires. May interview and screen entry level applicants in other areas.
Join an industry leader in assisting with setting the strategy for college campus recruiting. Work closely with Oracle management to identify internal hiring needs. Will interface with Oracle*s iRecruitment web tool to support recruiting programs. Close candidate interviews and determine candidate expectations. Formulate offer package. May conduct reference checks. Maintain accurate applicant tracking records. Compile and analyze data and prepare reports for senior management.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Demonstrated record of measurable success in a fast paced, high volume environment. Previous experience with campus recruiting. Ability to travel. BA/BS degree.

Summary of Role:
The Diversity Program Manager for the professional Talent Advisory team is charged with helping to achieve staffing objectives by identifying, attracting, and screening pipelines of diversity prospects for lines of business across Oracle. This role focuses specifically on Sales, Pre-Sales, Consulting, and Development. The Diversity Program Manager partners closely with Oracle Talent Advisory Managers and Talent Advisors to help build diverse candidate pipelines, offers training to ensure Talent Advisors have the tools and resources they need to successfully recruit diverse talent, relentlessly drives for the success of the program despite obstacles, proactively identifies opportunities to better position Oracle as a diversity employer of choice and to increase Diversity Hiring throughout the company, and serves as a Project Manager on key initiatives.
Build applicant pipeline through professional relationships/networking, technical industry, and career focused conferences, online resources/tools and user group/social engagement/postings/presence.
Serve as the internal point of contact and participation in external outreach/events
Offer an innovative approach to identifying talent and matching that talent to open opportunities to drive for increased diversity hires
Successfully run programs and key deliverables with flexibility under constantly changing conditions.
Develop and deliver training to key stakeholders around value of diversity hiring to help further everyone s engagement and increase diversity hiring.
Proactively build and foster positive relationships with key stakeholders
Successfully prioritize to achieve the best possible results
Demonstrate results clearly and succinctly
3 to 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, preferably Technical (Sales, Pre-Sales, Consulting, Development)
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Diversity Recruiting experience for a large organization (Technology industry a plus with sales, pre-sales, consulting, development experience ideal
Knowledge of social and online tools to brand Oracle as a diverse employer of choice, and to develop and build additional pipelines.
Strong organizational, project management, and consultative skills with ability to identify strategic initiatives/opportunities and drive to successful resolution
Technically savvy (excel, Powerpoint, applicant tracking system)
Excellent client relationship, networking, and partnering skills at all levels of an organization
Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated
Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Experience working remotely where excellent communication and visibility is key
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
