CACI has immediate openings for an Action Officer to support a wide range of HUMINT operational requirements. YOU are the difference we’ve been looking for.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Overseas experience supporting HUMINT and technical collection intelligence operations

  • Provide strategic guidance and operational case management based on advanced knowledge and expertise of operations, operational tradecraft, and intelligence priorities;

  • Identify solutions to complex operational problems and new technical tools and capabilities to advance operations;

  • Develop and maintain broad network of contacts across the US Government to satisfy operational requirements;

  • Coordinate legal and policy issues affecting operations; and

  • Monitor field cable/email traffic.

Required Skills:

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Applicable operational experience between 0-2 years

  • Well-honed written and oral English communications skills

  • Strong analytic, critical thinking, research and investigative skills

  • Experience drafting cables and other documentation

  • Knowledge of analytical tools and methodologies used within the national security community

  • Customer-specific tradecraft certification (applicable for certain levels)

Desired Skills:

  • Advanced degree (preferred to be in area of expertise)

  • Knowledge of analytical tools and methodologies used in the IC

  • Overseas experience supporting HUMINT and technical collection intelligence operations
