Leidos DI Quality Assurance Lead in McLean, Virginia


Job Description:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead for the Pathfinder contract to support the DI. The QA Lead will be responsible for monitoring/spot checking analytic production, reporting performance metrics, and analyzing the information to proactively identify opportunities to improve analytic tradecraft, increase effectiveness and efficiency, and provide training/analytic mentorship to intelligence officers. The QA Lead will establish an SOP for reviewing performance metrics and results. The QA Lead will brief improvement recommendations, gain approval for implementation, and coordinate implementation improvements. After the implementation of improvements, the QA Lead will assess the effectiveness of the improvements.


  • Bachelor’s degree + 8 years of applicable experience in all-source analysis, editing, and/or quality assurance

  • Strong attention to detail for reviewing and auditing products for timeliness and quality

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and to adjust as priorities change

  • Knowledge of ODNI, NCTC, and IC mission, roles, responsibilities, policies, and procedures including classification management

  • Knowledge of analytic tradecraft, and ICD 203 and 206

  • Strong communication skills are necessary in order to brief senior leaders

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required
