The Project Specialist will have these skills:

  • Consolidate, track and manage all pertinent documentation related to implementation.

  • Assists in developing the overarching communications strategy and outreach events for implementation.

  • Prepare briefings, talking points and communications for various audiences within the organization.

  • Initiate Program Management Review and other advisory bodies, as appropriate.

  • Experience with Visio (preferred)

  • Process improvement and change management

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)

  • System requirements definition (preferred)

  • Writing and editing skills and creativity a plus

  • Outstanding client relationship skills and experience working in a fast-paced client-facing environment

  • Outstanding ability to independently and quickly put together client-ready meeting reports, agendas, and minutes

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Security Clearance: TS/SCI Poly: TS/SCI Full Scope Poly –Needed Day 1 to start

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Assist the client in the development of a phased strategy for implementation of a new program.

  • Provide facilitation support to engage with stakeholders.

  • Manage all aspects of the stakeholder meetings to including meeting preparations, documenting discussions, decisions and action items and providing follow-up.

  • Document to-be business processes and engage stakeholders for validation.

  • MS Word (Advanced),

  • MS Excel (Advanced),

  • MS PowerPoint (Advanced),

  • MS Visio (Advanced),

  • MS Explorer or Firefox (Advanced)
