The CACI, Inc. National Services Business Group has immediate openings for motivated Subject Matter Experts in support of Intelligence Community requirements.
These roles are primarily based at customer facilities throughout the National Capital Region. This effort offers the opportunity to work with a team of seasoned professionals who provide management, mentorship operational expertise within their area of specialty.
Responsibilities: As a recognized national expert, serve as senior advisor to the government with oversight of contractor support staff functions within your respective professional discipline. Guide programs through complex and often multiple simultaneous problem sets to a satisfactory conclusion including the capture of lessons learned and the implementation of process improvements. and production reports, interviewing key personnel and evaluating As the strategic adviser, guide planning and develop specific strategies to fix problems or create opportunities. Oversee the deployment of tactics, ensure correct program initiation, monitor program execution and identify realistic problems and pursuing attainable opportunities. As the strategic adviser research and assess the performance of a the business center or group to determine its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This usually involves interpreting partners and adversaries, considering third on fourth orders of consequence. The adviser might interview stakeholders customers, partners, and end users. Once the adviser has gathered this information, he/she can identify specific problems or opportunities and develop plans to solve or take advantage of them. An organization can have multi-faceted strategies it can follow to achieve its goals, but the strategic adviser will advise choosing the one with the highest likelihood of success, based on objective data. Communicate effectively with senior leaders to capture and implement government direction into strategic policy and plans within the scope of the contract while advising contractor of activities. Be able to influence decisions based upon experience, expertise and proven judgement. Oversee contractor workforce and mentor team personnel.
Required: Expertise with customer certifications in one of the below functional areas or regions Counterintelligence Counterproliferation Counterterrorism Western Hemisphere Europe / Eurasia South & Central Asia East Asia Pacific Rim Africa
20+ years experience within the specific field of expertise Demonstrated with IC or other US Government agencies within the area of expertise Extensive overseas experience
