The CACI, Inc. National Services Business Group has immediate openings for motivated Targeters in support of Intelligence Community requirements are integral to the planning and implementation of foreign intelligence collection, counterintelligence, and other sensitive operational activity. They combine specialized training, advanced analytical skills, the most sophisticated analytical tools available, with an in-depth knowledge and experience in operational tradecraft to identify new opportunities for engagement and to enhance ongoing operations.

These roles are primarily based at customer facilities throughout the National Capital Region. This effort offers the opportunity to work with a team of seasoned professionals who provide management, mentorship operational expertise within their area of specialty.

LANGUAGE - A substantial language premium is available for those with demonstrated, tested and verifiable proficiency and expertise using the Inter-Agency Language Roundtable (ILR) standards in required languages.


Targeter positions include initiative, creativity, integrity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ideal candidates are inquisitive, investigative and action-oriented self-starters with the ability to work independently and in a group. Coupled with experience in complementary areas a minimum of a bachelor's degree is required (graduate degrees desired).

Targeters identify the people, relationships, and organizations having access to the information needed to address the most critical US foreign intelligence requirements and find opportunities to disrupt terrorist attacks, weapons of mass destruction, illegal arms trade, drug networks, cyber and counterintelligence threats. Positions involve research, critical thinking skills, as well as writing, and briefing both current and longer-term intelligence studies to senior officials and to steer intelligence operations and exploit key data. Key to this work is being able to identify and assess the right entities and the right vulnerabilities and technology trends to enable new collection operations that answer critical intelligence issues. This endeavor requires strong analytic, research and investigative skills combined with ops sense and personal initiative and some technical expertise or aptitude. Opportunities exist for further professional development, to include inter-agency and task force assignments, as well as, the potential for stateside and overseas travel. Knowledge of advanced technologies including next generation telecommunications systems and capabilities as well as analytical tools and methodologies.


Applicants must also possess strong written and oral English communications skills.
