Work you ll do
Our practitioners work in integrated project teams on a range of projects covering the entire lifecycle from planning through to design, development and the deployment of solutions. These project teams will often include leaders and specialists from other business and technical disciplines from within the consulting practice and from our clients. A focus on team work is therefore critical. As a subscription billing solution implementation expert, you will bring considerable billing, invoicing and revenue management expertise to help design, develop and implement subscription billing solutions to transform client s new business models. You will interact daily with key business and IT executives and lead multiple teams in various strategy and implementation activities.

As a Deloitte Senior Manager you will manage and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design and implement creative business and technology solutions. Our Senior Managers are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:
Engagement Management: manage engagement risk and project economics including planning and budgeting, manage accounts receivable, define deliverable content and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from client top management
Business Development: develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients, organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process, contribute to proposal pricing strategy
Practice Development & Eminence: develop solutions and methodologies, develop "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals
People Development: perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm s staffing process and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities
10 years of consulting experience with deep domain and expertise working with Must have worked in one of the following: Communication service provides (telecom, MVPD s, Satellite, Cable, Broadcasters), infrastructure and equipment, information services and publishing, social and digital advertising, entertainment and sports.
5 years of relevant experience in lead-to-cash business capability design & prioritization, requirements management and future state process design. Cloud-based billing systems experience a must.
5 years of experience leading business requirements definition in a cross-functional environment, taking input from critical enterprise functions such as sales, quoting, order management, service provisioning, subscription billing, and revenue recognition
Prior experience in defining and/or launching new subscription offers including defining business capabilities road-map, developing process flow diagrams, coordinating with solution delivery teams to clarify business needs and executing business readiness activities
Good understanding of flexible consumption models such as subscriptions, pay-as-you-go, usage-based and their role in innovative go-to-market approaches and new revenue models
Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk
Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
Ability to travel 80%
