Work You ll DoFunction as an integrator between business needs and create data management solutions to meet clients' business needs. Work within an engagement team and identify business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototype, process design, test, train, define support procedures and support implementations. Facilitate workshops with clients and conduct detailed analysis of requirements and design documentation to identify functional or technical gaps. Plan and create process performance baseline from metric data collected from projects. Conduct quality initiatives, plan and deliver trainings including milestone training, metrics, configuration management, risk management and prediction model overview. Analyze and perform a fit-gap analysis between proposed functional design and current functional processes. Work with a team of developers to produce new components and resolve defects through a standard defect resolution process. Conduct validation testing on development activities to ensure quality. Confer with clients to gather business requirements, identify and measure metrics to track engagements and oversee project reviews to identify gaps in process implementations. Guide team in performing data analysis and implementing HP Quality Center and PMC tools to identify and mitigate risks. Implement prediction models based on Monte Carlo simulation and regression analysis to identify risks related to effort variation and defect leakage. Develop and implement Defect Management Processes using JIRA and JAMA. Oversee prediction model planning and development using Oracle Crystal Ball and Excel for predicting defects and probability of meeting engagement timelines. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.Must have five years of progressively responsible experience providing IT consulting services to clients in the financial services industry on behalf of a global consulting company.Must have five years of experience with:Conferring with clients to gather business requirements, identifying and measuring metrics to track engagements and assisting with project reviews to identify gaps in process implementations;Performing data analysis and implementing HP Quality Center and PMC tools to identify and mitigate risks;Implementing prediction model based on Monte Carlo simulation and regression analysis to identify risks related to effort variation and defect leakage;Assisting with developing and implementing Defect Management Processes using JIRA and JAMA;Planning and developing prediction models for predicting defects and the probability of meeting engagement timelines using Oracle Crystal Ball and Excel.In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in the stated field plus three years of experience.Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.15% travel required.
