Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Solution Specialist, Customer & Marketing, Human Services Transformation in Mechanicsburg, PA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Transforming how clients deliver services to customers. Delivering large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies across federal, state, and local government agencies. Partnering with clients to transform service delivery to those most in need. Performing assessments of existing information systems, and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, processing design, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation. Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development. Write functional and technical system requirements and use cases, create process flow diagrams and finalizing system requirements. Performing conceptual and technical designs, including the use of object-oriented analysis and design techniques. Assessing and diagnosing a problem and analyzing the interactions between key drivers. Organizing and managing global User Acceptance Test (UAT) for business users. Coordinating with technical and functional teams for issue resolution using JIRA. Executing Functional, System, Usability, Regression, User Acceptance and Accessibility testing utilizing Microsoft Test Manager (MTM), Team Foundation Server (TFS), and Visual Studio. Preparing test strategy, test plans, and test summary documents for functional and automation testing projects to support customer facing web applications using HP Application Life Cycle Management (ALM) and HP QuickTest Professional (QTP) automation tools. Working with application teams, technical teams and development teams to estimate testing efforts and testing schedule for Service Oriented Architectures (SOA). Defining and implementing automation test strategy and test plan for Web Applications test automation using Selenium suite, HP Load Runner and Apache Jmeter by leveraging SoapUI to automate testing of SOAP and REST APIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, any STEM degree field or a related field of study.

  • One year of experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have one year of experience with:

  • Organizing and managing global User Acceptance Test (UAT) for business users;

  • Coordinating with technical and functional teams for issue resolution using JIRA;

  • Executing Functional, System, Usability, Regression, User Acceptance and Accessibility testing utilizing Microsoft Test Manager (MTM), Team Foundation Server (TFS), and Visual Studio;

  • Preparing test strategy, test plans, and test summary documents for functional and automation testing projects to support customer facing web applications using HP Application Life Cycle Management (ALM) and HP QuickTest Professional (QTP) automation tools;

  • 15% travel required.
