Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Solution Specialist, Human Capital, Organization Transformation in Mechanicsburg, PA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Act as an advisor to clients and assist them with the change management, communications and training material design, development and delivery necessary to successfully implement and adopt new technologies or business process changes. Participate in large-scale, full-life cycle technology implementations within a consulting environment. Participate in large Business Integration efforts and in all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, and development to testing and go live support.



  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Engineering (any), Computer Science, MIS, CIS or a related field.

  • One year of experience as a Solution Specialist, Solution Analyst, or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have one year of experience with:

  • Designing, developing, and delivering training materials using Microsoft Suite tools, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Vyond, BrainShark, Lectora and Snagit in order to support systems implementation;

  • Providing firm-wide client multimedia services utilizing Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe Animate to create newsletters, video communications, stakeholder communications, graphic design and employee engagement materials;

  • Supporting Change Management activities including assessments, analysis, and recommendations, to help clients adopt new technologies;

  • Supporting end users during go-live and post system implementation by providing side-by-side assistance on functionality and system troubleshooting;

  • Utilizing defect-tracking tools including JIRA to report and identify root issues in order to resolve and provide solutions to end users, technical delivery teams, and the client;

  • Utilizing ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) framework to create trainings and lead training assessments on client engagements.

  • 80% travel required.
