Training and Design- Solution Analyst- USDC

Work you ll do

  • As a Solution Analyst in the Human Capital Consulting Organization Transformation & Talent practice, you ll act as a strategic advisor to clients and assist them with the communications and training material design, development and delivery necessary to successfully implement and adopt new technologies or business process changes.

Organization Transformation

The Organization Transformation practice is about transforming the organization (and the benefits providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This involves helping our clients move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organization s culture, modernizing specific functions, re-designing the organization structure, and will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. To enable our success, it will be critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together.

Qualifications

  • Degree in related field of study (such as business, management, human resources, instructional design, organizational behavior or psychology) and or 1 years experience in field

  • Familiar with Adult Learning Principles, ADDIE model, System Development Life cycle and Authoring Tools

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills

  • Demonstrated training experience

  • Demonstrated team-building abilities

  • Creativity, self-confidence, and flexibility

  • An understanding of the concepts used to design and develop Implementation and Training materials

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments

  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement

  • Effective listening skills and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to learn, apply and communicate business-related concepts and ideas

  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated ability to employ research and analytical thinking

  • Demonstrated capabilities in team work and leadership

  • Ability to maintain integrity and professionalism

  • Ability to travel up to 30%
