Reddaway Electronic Records / ELD Clerk (Part-Time) - Central Point, OR - Reddaway - Medford in Medford, Oregon

JOB SUMMARY

This position will communicate and coordinate the shipment of defective Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) between multiple outside organizations while maintaining a positive, working relationship. They will remove and reassign serials numbers of ELD’s within our system, as well as compile and maintain records concerning the devices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Record the ELD’s that are defective within excel

  2. Coordinate and monitor the shipment of all ELD’s through all external organizations

  3. Monitor serial numbers of all defective ELD’s

  4. Reassign all defective ELD’s with our system

  5. Pull reports as needed

  6. Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  1. Basic computer literacy.

  2. Microsoft excel experience.

  3. Effective organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple tasks with interruptions from phone calls.

  4. Ability to type with speed and accuracy.

  5. Ability to work varied shifts and days of the week.

  6. These worker characteristics are normally acquired through completion of a high school education or equivalent, courses in operating office equipment and 6 to 9 months related work experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Experience in the transportation industry.
