You will be part of the New Business Channel team who operate across
Australia and New Zealand with the remit of growing their partners ARR, Logo’s
and NetSuite practices. This role is critical in building our footprint in
Australia and New Zealand as we look to accelerate our growth in Small Business
across Australia and New Zealand.

- Work closely with the key Netsuite partners on the
Develop business plans.
o Ensure that the partner attends relevant product sales and implementation trainings so that they maintain relevant skill sets in the focused cloud products.
o Complete Certifications and Continuous Education for the cloud products the partner is focusing on (sales, presales, implementations).
o Work with Customer Success Team to track the progress of Netsuite projects the partners are involved in to ensure successful implementation of the projects.
o Drive the development of Fixed Scope Offerings for Netsuite products to be leveraged by the sales teams and partners.
o Track the Netsuite resell and co-sell revenue of the partner opportunities in internal Oracle Fusion CRM system.
o Drive sales-team aligned Partner GTM initiatives and strategies (e.g. webinars, joint marketing campaigns, industry events, etc.) to create net new incremental pipeline in the identified space. E.g. specific industry in mid market.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING
8 years field sales experience within the high technology industry and a minimum of 6 years’ experience in the area channel development with 3 years’ experience in the SaaS space in building partner eco system.
Solid understanding of SaaS landscape in ANZ with Domain knowledge.
Proven track records in building and managing SaaS partners.
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in a relevant technology or business discipline is desirable.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonalcommunication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Develops third party sales channel and ensures partner achieve Oracle sales targets in the General Business space.
As a Channel Sales Representative you will pull partners into Oracle business opportunities and manage third party transactions resulting from the relationship. Identify and develop channel partners committed to selling Oracle products. Facilitate joint selling between channel partners and direct sales team. Increase revenue from partner sources and market share through a leverage partnering model. Identify and develop joint "go-to-market" strategies and lead generation opportunities. Provides accurate and timely management information and revenue forecasts. May educate partners in Oracle commercial practices. Maintains an understanding of Oracle technology and articulates Oracle propositions to partners and their customers. Manage transaction contracts, business practices, and deal booking issues. Work with marketing to plan marketing events for partners.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years field sales experience to include 3 years channel sales experience. Strong sales/marketing skills including needs analysis, business justification, and closing methodologies. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Negotiating skills and ability to influence. Knowledge of Oracle field sales cycle and partner program. travel as needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
