Mercer’s Helpline Services business provides in-house and outsourced contact centre solutions for over 1 million individual superannuation plan members across Australia and New Zealand. Helpline Client Liaison is an exciting and unique role responsible for ongoing, day-to-day operational relationship and being the single point of contact for Team Leaders, Clients, Client Service Managers and other key stakeholders that support customer service delivery through Helpline Services. You will be managing the various needs of stakeholders and deliver client driven solutions. About the role: Consulting with the Helpline Managers to identify opportunities and implement initiatives to improve the efficiency of Helpline Services, focusing on the key strategic driver of providing better lives for our customers Designing and delivering messaging to Helpline for client communication strategies, product enhancements and marketing campaigns Working closely with our clients to discuss and assess member feedback of our services Presenting evidence of our customer interactions and outcomes with our clients Remaining abreast of industry and product developments to provide recommendations to internal and external stakeholders to continue to optimise systems and practices About you: Strong background in client management within the superannuation or financial services sector Proven track record of working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties within a customer service environment. Tertiary qualifications and/or RG146 attainment is highly regarded but not essential A positive attitude, sound commercial acumen and an ability to easily build rapport Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently Superior verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels.
