The Financial Advice business unit provides simple advice over the phone, and in the workplace, and strategic advice to those who have more comprehensive financial needs. We service 14,000 private clients and Mercer’s corporate, industry and public sector client base, as well as the Mercer Super Trust. About the Role Our Corporate Advice Services Manager is a subject matter expert who is the focal point for ensuring superior service delivery. You will act as the day to day point of contact for clients and be instrumental in remedying issues, providing guidance and working internally to proactively coordinate the very best service delivery across Financial Advice. The core purpose of this role will be: Ensuring seamless client service delivery Delivering guidance and/or coordinating client requirements within Mercer Assisting the Corporate Advice Services Leader in building and maintaining the strategic relationships with the client and key client stakeholders Growing the standalone client advice business through the development of existing relationships Responding to and participating in standalone client sales tenders Developing tailored advice programs for sale to clients About You To be successful in this role you will need to be a passionate, driven, self-motivated team player that thrives on challenges, loves to achieve sales targets and consistently provides exceptional customer service. Guiding and supporting you will be experienced leaders who genuinely care about their people and providing quality outcomes for our members. Diploma & Advanced Diploma qualifications in Financial Planning and a Degree in a related field are essential Working towards a Certified Financial Planning qualification is desirable 5+years proven experience in a Customer Relationship Manager role in a Financial Advice environment Relevant financial advice competency with appropriate technical proficiency in savings, investments, superannuation, shares, property, margin lending, debt management Outstanding relationship management skills Brilliant verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills to work with a variety of stakeholders and client groups Excellent organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and ability to provide tailored solutions About Us At Mercer, we make a difference in the lives of more than 110 million people every day by advancing their health, wealth, and careers.
