The Role: Applying innovative and creative techniques and under the leadership of the B2B Marketing Leader, the Digital and Website Marketing Manager will be responsible in bringing Mercer’s B2B marketing and brand strategy to life through Mercer’s website/s by providing a platform for demand generation and lead nurturing.
Working closely with Mercer’s Portfolio Marketing Managers, Marketing Operations Manager as well as Mercer’s PR/Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating the digital content that will support them in achieving campaign targets for engagement and qualified leads.
Ensuring continuous improvement and setting the direction for the website/s as Mercer continues to roll out additional Adobe Experience Manager functionality globally.
Be the Australian and New Zealand representative in global web operations groups and contribute to coordinated global digital initiatives.
Ensuring the websites are used to their maximum potential as a sales and marketing channel and integrating the latest digital experiences and functionality into our website. QualificationsAbout You: To be successful in this role, we are seeking a confident communicator who has the ability to work with and effectively manage a diverse range of stakeholders. In addition, you will also be required to have the following skills and experience:
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, working within Adobe AEM or similar CMS systems.
Experience running marketing campaigns across the web and integrating with marketing automation systems. Proficiency in graphic and web design software:Photoshop or Dreamweaver or Illustrator. Have outstanding presentation, written and verbal communication along with engagement and interpersonal skills
