This customer focused administration team is responsible for the provision of quality administration services to customers.

About the Role

Ensuring the processing and peer review of allocated tasks is completed accurately and within assigned SLA’s Respond to enquiries from internal teams with respect to transactions within the Centre of Excellence. Respond to all escalated internal enquiries relating to the Centre of Excellence. Respond to all direct member enquiries in relation to the Centre of Excellence. Completion of all workforce management requirements, including daily recording of completed core tasks and input to team planning meetings. Completion of daily and ad hoc tasks as required. Meet all compliance requirements, including timely reporting of identified compliance issues. Liaising with insurers Qualifications We are ideally seeking a highly motivated candidate who has excellent organisational, communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
