Team Leader - Superannuation We are looking for a dynamic team leader to coach, develop and mentor our people to deliver exceptional customer experience About the Role: Reporting to one of our two contact centre managers, you will manage a team of Helpline (contact centre) Consultants with a strong commitment to providing superior, innovative and professional front line service and high quality support for member’s inquiries. We are a fast paced environment that has experienced exceptional growth over the last 12 months. Your previous people leader experience will see you enable our teams to flourish in 2020 and beyond. In addition, you will also be responsible for: Providing information and general advice to resolve inquiries in relation to the Mercer Super Trust, corporate superannuation funds, public offer funds, on-line services, retail superannuation products, and New Zealand superannuation products Providing technical support, mentoring and training to Helpline Consultants to build an effective, strong and positive working relationships with internal stakeholders Ensuring superior professional, positive and efficient front-line support for all queries in relation to Mercer superannuation products, on-line systems and general superannuation legislative issues. About You: To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: At least 2years of experience leading a team in a call centre environment, it would be advantageous to have experience in superannuation or financial services in a customer focussed role Tertiary qualifications along with industry certified customer service courses will be highly regarded You possess superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels within the team You demonstrate strong motivational and mentoring skills in managing agent and team performance About Mercer At Mercer, we make a difference in the lives of more than 110 million people every day by advancing their health, wealth, and careers.
