Oracle Cloud Implementation Orchestration - Conductor (Implementation Success Manager) in Menlo Park, California

Develops and manages the Oracle Support relationship with a designated large account or small number of medium accounts throughout engagement. Maximizes the customers use of Support Services, drives high degree of satisfaction and referenceability, and to protects and enhances Support revenue streams.

Main contact for Oracle customers. Manages the contract, or delivery engagement as defined by Oracle Service Support (OSS). Develops and maintains relationships with senior management across lines of business and third parties. Plans and deploys support activities to ensure effective delivery within agreed budgetary constraints. Advises the account on effective and efficient way to use Oracle support services and products, tools, systems, interfaces, and procedures. Assures and improves the quality of the service, and maintains accurate account information. Communicates opportunities for customers to engage with Oracle such as technical events and business seminars. Assists in the renewal of Support contracts, and contributes to pre-sales activities.

8-12 years relevant work experience. Strong account management skills acquired through advanced training, study and experience. Extensive exposure to medium accounts needing subtle management often in difficult circumstances.

TheCloud Implementation Orchestration - Conductorserves as the:

Primary Oracle Point of Contact during a Cloudimplementation project for the North America Applications Line of Business,providing expert best practice leadership and project managementexpertise, working with customers and partners, throughout the implementationphase of their Oracle Cloud customer lifecycle. This rolewill be servicing implementations of large and complex cloud solutions.

As the Primary Oracle Point of Contact for theengagement, their key responsibilities will include working with the Customer,Partner and Oracle stakeholders (Cloud Operations, Support, Development, andSales) to assist our customers in delivering successful cloud solutions andultimately translating to referenceable cloud customers.

The Required Qualifications include:

o Ideal candidate will have at least 1 OracleCloud functional or technical certification in Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM or CXproducts

o 3 years implementing/managing cloudapplications

o cloud implementation/management

o Project Management Certification, Training orExperience in Cloud System Implementations

o Training or Experience on Cloud SupportManagement processes

o Risk Management Certification, Training orExperience

o Proven track record of working with multiple OracleLines of Business (Cloud Operations, Support, Development and Sales)

DetailedDescription and Job Requirements

As the Primary Oracle Point ofContact for a number of strategic, large and complex cloud implementations, theCloud Implementation Conductor will work with the Oracle Lines of Businesses,primarily Cloud Operations, Support and Development, to coordinate interactionsthat will set the customer up for the best possible success with their cloudsolution. The overall goal is to maximize the customers use of Oracle s CloudOperations and Support Services, drive a high degree of customer satisfactionand referenceability, and to protect and enhance the Oracle brand.

This role will require experience in the areas of Project Management, CloudImplementations and a strong Consulting background in order to effectivelyreview the customer s project plans, governance structure, team composition andother project related artifacts and properly assess implementation risks andprovide the appropriate level of best practice guidance and knowledge to shapetheir project for success. In addition, this role will require the skillsand experience needed to coach and mentor the customer and partner on effectiveand efficient ways to use Oracle Cloud Operations and Support services and the products,tools, systems, interfaces, and procedures that are needed for them toeffectively manage their cloud services. Engaging with customer and partner executivemanagement teams will be critical component of this role and therefore, havingexperience with executive communications and interactions, a strong executivepresence and effective communication and negotiation skills will be extremelyimportant.

The role will work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with theOracle Cloud services they receive and to improve upon areas ofdissatisfaction. This will require the abilityto multitask and handle multiple (up to eight) active client engagements at onetime.
