Introduction

Your Role and Responsibilities

This role is responsible for operations management. The role facilitates the business unit management review processes and system. The role provides operational support to the business unit leader, includingThe employee guides functional objectives or technologies

S&D Executives requires support from operations resources to comply in an accurate and timely manner with management system, incentives items, performance trends and other critical activities for our business. If we do not have these resources our sales executives may lose time performing those activities and moving them out of their key sales activities with our customers.

1) Weekly - Elaboration and analysis of reports, pipeline , territory segmentation, commits and roadmaps

2) Analysis of business results of the Unit, determining sales trends by Market, brand and route, to determine gaps and growth areas.

3) Interlock with Brands internally to identify diference and close gaps the number, to ensure Sales Executive Commitment

4) Elaboration of Business Presentations, showing financial results, analysis of trends and execution of sales, business cases.

5) Key Initiatives performance tracking and reporting

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
