What you’ll be doing:
The Sr. Social Media Marketing Specialist will implement the paid and organic social media strategy, day-to-day community management and channel analytics of all owned social platforms. We are looking for a candidate who has experience in creating innovative campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. This position requires a dynamic combination of strengths in creativity, communication, and technology to apply marketing best practices to campaigns in a fast-paced environment. The Sr. Social Media Specialist should be well-versed in social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube as well as online community trends, technology and strategies.
What you’ll bring to us:
Own and execute social media strategy and campaigns across core platforms (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube ).
Measure channel growth and performance. Develop scalable ways to use data and metrics to drive growth.
Build brand awareness by ensuring a consistent and positive social media presence for the company on your managed channels.
Develop contests and innovative content that promote our culture and position the TTEC brand positively on social.
Drive candidates’ understanding of our company culture via social media and online platforms to support talent acquisition and establish our employer brand.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure maximum ROI for advertising messaging, and online campaigns through our social platforms. Serve as the social media expert for internal points of contact.
Daily monitor TTEC's social and digital media presence, including answering public comments and questions from the online community.
Oversee day to day activities including reputation and sentiment monitoring, competitor research, influencer outreach, social network engagement, traffic building, and more.
Evolve TTEC’s approach to using social media to innovate in the industry, attracting employees through region-specific content.
Keep up with emerging web and social technologies.
Use your initiative to anticipate trends and develop ideas for how TTEC can stay ahead in the social media space.
What skills you’ll need:
Bachelor's degree ideally in Communications, PR, Marketing or Digital Media.
Fluent in English and Spanish, excellent written communication skills in both languages. Portuguese language skills a plus.
At least 3 years of prior experience in B2B or B2C social media/digital marketing.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills to work with people at all levels.
Experience managing and measuring integrated social ad campaigns, ensuring responsive collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps and the Adobe Creative Cloud (ideally Photoshop and Premiere at minimum). Video editing skills a plus.
Experience with social media analytics. Knowledge of social media monitoring tools a plus.
