CBRE Commissioning Agent in Miami, Florida


Supports project team by delivering building commissioning services that require application of standard techniques for a small project or selected segments of a larger one.


Reviews, develops, and collates construction project related reports and deliverable documentation for review and approval.Performs on-site inspection, testing, validation and verification of building system for small projects.Reviews construction related design documents, drawings and specifications for approval.Plans, chairs and documents all project commissioning meetings.Verifies design documents, equipment submittals and measured performance are consistent with the specifications and client's operation requirements.Performs onsite observations relating to installation of building systems; prepares associated documentation for approval.On smaller projects, directs onsite system testing and monitoring of complex and integrated systems.


No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Coordinates and assigns tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project team. Leads project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees. May have responsibility for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating a work unit and/or group.

Bachelor's Degree in relevant business science, or equivalent plus appropriate continuing education or 5 years' commissioning experience.Strong MEP background, as well as, testing and balancing.Facilities management operations experience
