Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant, Human Capital, HR Transformation in Miami, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Consult with clients to increase the effectiveness and reduce the costs of HR service delivery through improved processes and technologies. Work with teams on engagements that drive strategic HR organizational change for clients. Perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and nurture day-to-day client relationships at all client levels. Assist with selection, design, and implementation of technology-enabled business and HR solutions for clients. Analyze and map clients business requirements, objectives, and developing the necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs. Provide functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SuccessFactors products to clients. Act as a liaison for investigating, analyzing, and solving software problems for SAP SuccessFactors. Ensure successful design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors products. Maintain documentation of time and expense reports. Adhere to SuccessFactors standards and best practices. Assist with internal activities hotline, remote consulting, presales, and trade shows. Code and front-end configuration of XML (Extensible Markup Language) and HTML (Hypertext Markup Language). Troubleshoot system errors in both back-end and front-end. Work under Agile methodology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Arts, Human Resource Management, STEM (any), or a related field.

  • Two years of experience in the above position, as a Consultant, or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have two years of experience with:

  • Analyzing and mapping clients business requirements, objectives and developing the necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs;

  • Providing functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SuccessFactors products to clients;

  • Acting as a liaison for investigating, analyzing, and solving software problems for SAP SuccessFactors;

  • Ensuring successful design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors products;

  • Maintaining documentation of time and expense reports;

  • Adhering to SuccessFactors standards and best practices;

  • Assisting with internal activities hotline, remote consulting, presales, and trade shows;

  • Coding and front-end configuration of XML (Extensible Markup Language) and HTML (Hypertext Markup Language);

  • Troubleshooting system errors in both back-end and front-end;

  • Working under Agile methodology.

  • 80% travel required.
