Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Responsible for first-piece and in-process inspection.
Responsible for recording and documenting all dimensional and visual inspection results.
Responsible for documenting and reporting nonconformance.
Responsible for updating and maintaining cleanroom records.
High School Diploma
Experience using precision inspection devices (Calipers, Micrometers, Optical Comparator etc…).
Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel etc…).
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Previous experience in a manufacturing and cGMP environment preferred, but not required.
Previous experience in a FDA registered, ISO certified environment preferred, but not required.
ASQ certification is a plus (i.e. CQI), but not required.
Familiarity with the process of injection molding helpful, but not required.
