Qualifications

The opportunity:

  • You will work on a variety of weld production lines, following different processes and welding different products, all while improving your skills and adding value to your paycheck and the company

  • MIG, TIG, tack, and finishing welding using laydown turntables, upright turntables and side-winders

  • You will work with 14 and 16-gauge material, .035 wire diameter, 409/439 stainless steel

  • You will work with a great team in a cellular production environment

  • Works well with others and follows directions

  • Reads blueprints, job data sheets, safety instructions and other manufacturing docs

  • Safely uses hoists, cranes, hand and other tools

Compensation and Benefits

Base hourly rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
