The Accounts Manager will direct and manage the sales process for Target. This role will manage our Specialty Hair portfolio including Batiste and assist with our Fabric Care brands such as Arm & Hammer, OxiClean and Xtra.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Attainment of annual sales, trade-spending, monthly/quarterly forecast and profit goals
Ability to analyze Syndicated and consumption data to help deliver overall goals
Responsible for overall financial management (Siebel, Trade Spend, Deductions, Slotting, SG&A)
Develop buyer relationships at Target to maximize CHD results
Collaborate with internal sales & cross functional departments
Ability to influence & impact positive change
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required
Must have a minimum 2 years of CPG Field Sales experience; experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing, Sales Planning is a plus.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Syndicated Data, Trade Promotion Management
Position requires individual to have a thorough understanding of business financials and strong presentation skills
