Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) businesses build enduring client relationships through sound, thoughtful and objective advice. Position Description:

This position supports the Trust Services Group (TSG) within Wealth and Investment Management (WIM). Trust Services Group plays an integral role in supporting the trust and custody business lines by providing back office processing support through a broad range of products and services, focused on ensuring assets are maintained accurately and efficiently.

The Role:

Primary to this role is providing real-time support of Trust processing and procedure inquiries for Wells Fargo’s Trust accounting system, SEI Trust 3000. As a member of the Trust Services Group SEI Help Desk team you will work closely with other Trust 3000 production and technical support teams to facilitate the timely resolution of issues, in addition to communicating Trust 3000 system availability and processing alerts to affected lines of business.

The Candidate:

This individual will be passionate about delivering superior customer service through a combination of strong communication skills and issue resolution skills. This includes the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems, as well as understanding the downstream impacts to internal lines of business and external partners. The individual in this position will be able to build strong partnerships across a matrixed organization. The successful candidate will have a excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

*Responsibilities:*

  • Provide first-line SEI Trust 3000 support through monitoring and responding to user inquiries

  • Researching, tracking, and resolving Trust 3000 system issues

  • Serve as liaison between the Trust 3000 vendor, Trust community users, and technical support teams

  • Creating system availability and processing alerts affecting the Trust community

  • Maintaining SEI Trust 3000 documentation and procedures

  • Assist users with utilization of SEI-related documentation, conversational reporting, and search and select inquiries

  • Communicate daily system statuses and processing alerts, track all customer inquiries to completion, and perform trend analysis with the goal of improving end-user SEI proficiency and help desk support.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of business systems analysis experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Exposure to Wells Fargo SEI Trust 3000 Wells Fargo Trust Accounting system of record

  • Knowledge and understanding of operations policies and procedures

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
