Enterprise Information Security – Cryptographic Services is looking for a Business Systems Consultant 6 to join the Trusted Access team. A successful candidate will provide business solutions, technical operations, project management methodology and relationship management for security projects related to access, integrity, confidentiality and business continuity. This position will actively participate in coordinating “on-ramp” activities associated with an authentication portal, and to requirements and service performance associated with Multi-Factor authentication services. This BSC role will work across the Trusted Authentication team and other cryptographic services teams to continuously refine and adjust service objectives, service delivery models, service performance reporting, and service communication methods to the enterprise – following Enterprise Information Security methods.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of business systems analysis experience, design experience, or a combination of both

  • 2+ years of business continuity planning experience

  • 2+ years of Governance and Compliance experience

  • 2 + years of experience with Windows server operating systems

  • 3+ years of vendor management experience

  • 7+ years of information technology experience

  • 2+ years of financial reporting experience

  • 5+ years of budget management experience

  • 2+ years of experience creating pivot tables and performing data analysis in Excel

  • 5+ years of data analysis experience

  • 2 + years of Microsoft Visio experience

  • 4+ years of experience leading the requirement design process with both technical and business partners

  • 4+ years of change management experience

  • 5+ years of management experience in one or a combination of the following: information security, risk management or information technology security consulting

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Agile experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of web application: technology

  • Knowledge and understanding of MS Active Directory

  • Knowledge and understanding of IAM (Identity and Access Management)

  • Knowledge and understanding of information security industry standards and government regulations

  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
