Wells Fargo Consumer APP 5 - Ongoing Support Lead Developer in Minneapolis, Minnesota

This position will act as the lead developer for the Production Support staff for the Consumer APP application on the Enterprise data lake.

  • Provides design and development support for production enhancements, problem tickets and other issue resolution.

  • Manage and prioritize work between team members

  • Mentorship for junior team members on the team

  • Follows SDLC documentation needs for fixes to code

  • Develops new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides

  • Monitor production execution and respond to failures with processing

  • Review code exectution and recommend optimizations for production processes.

Candidates must:

  • Be willing to work non-standard hours to support production execution or issue resolution

  • Be willing to be on-call/pager support for production escalation

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of application development and implementation experience

  • 5+ years of Ab Initio experience

  • 3+ years of Big Data experience

  • 3+ years of Perl or Shell experience

  • 2+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • 2+ years of Autosys experience

  • 2+ years of Hadoop experience

  • 1+ year of application production support experience
