Job Description:

Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Dynamics Application Development Manager in Minneapolis,MN to develop end to end automation architecture for Accenture or our clients. S/he will perform the following duties: Conduct architecture assessments and define solutions for complex automation problems that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Design, build, deliver, and run the engagement’s, platform’s, and/or product’s required automation architecture (i.e. development, operations, execution, data, and application). Provide the work’s technical conscience by defining and driving the right solution to meet the technical performance, scalability, flexibility, operations, and capability needs. Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and make decisions that will be implemented by the team. Design and ensure that technology standards are followed and evolve over time. Provide architecture quality assurance reviews for proposals and ongoing engagements.

Basic Qualifications:

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience as an Application Development Specialist, Senior Software Engineer, or in a related IT position. Including the following professional experience: 4 years of experience with Customization and Configuration of the applications using Dynamics CRM development tools; 4 years of experience working with Leverage Azure DevOps to build continuous integration and testing pipeline for Microsoft Dynamics 365 application; 4 years of experience working with Functional testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Field Service Module in web and Unified Service Desk; 4 years of experience working with Testing of functionality related to Console App, Plug-ins, Web resource, Dashboards, Batch Jobs, and Azure functions within Microsoft Dynamics 365; 5 years of experience with Automation or manual testing in the Web and Client server environments; 5 years of experience with Perform System testing cycles, including integration testing, functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing.
