At Wells Fargo, we want to satisfy our customers financial needs and help them succeed financially. We’re looking for talented people who will put our customers at the center of everything we do. Join our diverse and inclusive team where you’ll feel valued and inspired to contribute your unique skills and experience.

Help us build a better Wells Fargo. It all begins with outstanding talent. It all begins with you.

Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. We focus on three key risk areas: credit risk, operational risk and market risk. We help our management and Board of Directors identify and monitor risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and take appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.

Enterprise Testing & Validation is the testing arm of the Cards and Retail Services Compliance (CRS). We are responsible for testing, issue identification, root cause analysis, and reporting on compliance and operational risk for the CRS businesses. This includes Consumer Financial Services, Retail Services, and Servicing / Collections / Executive Office.

The Operational Risk Consultant 3 role is an individual contributor that will be focused on the development and execution of internal compliance and control reviews for CRS. These reviews provide value-added control environment assessments and risk mitigation recommendations to the CRS lines of business and their existing processes while still maintaining a balance with operational efficiency. This position will lead the execution of testing engagements, specifically for collections and recovery.

The ideal candidate will be able to exhibit strong writing capabilities in a risk management capacity, demonstrate influence and negotiation skills with all levels of management and team members, business acumen, and a strong understanding of risks and controls within business processes.
