Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager who understands and has deployed Cloud technology. As a Technical Program Manager for the OCI Customer Experience Team, you will be responsible for driving multiple cloud projects, working autonomously and clearly communicating with executive leadership.

We are looking for leaders, who can take initiative and drive accountability but with enough humility to be able to build relationships and trusted partnerships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate listens carefully to instructions, asks questions to understand and is a self-starter. You set and meet realistic deadlines, and you communicate where you are blocked, where timelines cannot be met, or outcomes cannot be delivered. You are able to delegate work, as well as dive into work that is delegated to you.

Your projects and tasks will be varied. They may be complex and ambiguous, or simple and urgent. You will interact frequently with leadership and functional peer group managers. You will own projects from discovery to implementation, and you will need to work across other technical teams to collaborate beyond our organization. The ideal candidate will have cloud integration, application and/or DevOps experience with a toolkit of program management skills.
