The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Its guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively.

Treasury Management (TM) is a key part of our Payments, Virtual Solutions and Innovation team. Treasury Management includes managing and optimizing our customers' cash flow and mitigating its operational, financial, and reputational risk. We focus on creating operating efficiencies, cost savings and time savings for our customers by delivering treasury solutions through a consultative approach.

The Wells Fargo Gateway team is looking for a Senior Platform Product Manager who can shape, define and deliver a robust and scalable API platform infrastructure for our customers.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Understand the technical API platform problems the business faces; prioritize and productize identified needs into solutions and tools integral to our operations, and technical infrastructure to enable scale and innovation

  • Understand strategic and competitive position in the marketplace through customer interaction and market research

  • • Analyze fintech landscape to identify business opportunities and make product/partner recommendations

  • Provide technical, functional, and business expertise to Wells Fargo lines of business, advising on channel build out and strategy

  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering and data science teammates from thoughtful ideation to frequent deployment via tools of the trade: Agile scrum, usability studies, acceptance testing / validation

  • Drive key platform priorities, including new features and bug fixes

  • Create a channel roadmap and socialize with stakeholders

  • Perform product owner tasks in an agile scum development process, collaborating with multiple teams to guide initiatives through the development lifecycle, bringing high quality API services to market

  • Define, monitor and analyze metrics that inform the success of the Gateway channel

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Agile experience
