Work you ll doBersin is making a fundamental shift in the Solution Provider Membership and seeking a Program Manager to define and update the offerings for our subscription-based research and advisory services. TheProgram Manager Solution Providerwill work with and influence all customer facing groups including senior executives, sales, marketing, research, client support and member success to successfully define, develop and launch the new program. This is a hands-on role that will include both day to day project and program management responsibilities and strategic planning. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate the business is growing rapidly and we are making major investments in new technologies, content, and service offerings.This role reports to the VP of Worldwide Sales while working closing with leadership across all functions of Bersin and Deloitte Human Capital. Responsibilities:Working closely with senior leadership to finalize the various components of the Solution Provider offeringDevelop and implement a project plan to execute on the new strategyThis person needs to work closely across the Bersin and HC spectrum to make sure our offerings are aligned and integrated with the Research Road Map and around the HC Signature Issues (Learning, Talent Management, Tech Strategy, etc.)Work closely with the Solution Provider Sales Leader to define the Offering as well as help create collateral and Sales messagingEstablish pricingDevelop success criteria metrics, dashboard, tracking, etc.Detailed reporting for Leadership Required Skills and Qualities:This person must have incredible influencing skills working across different functions within BersinStrategic thinker with the ability to get into the details to execute on time and on targetStrong written and oral communication skills must be able to present big ideas to Executives and LeadershipAbility to gather customer input at both a strategic and product specification level then turning that feedback into revenue generating productsStrong analytical skillsStrong facilitation skillsWell organized and disciplined to keep projects on trackBe able to work with a team of diverse skills and opinionsDynamic presentation skillsStrong Leadership skills to influence stakeholders and the ability to develop strong cross functional relationships to influence without authorityPossesses an interest in and a desire to stay current through research and analysis on the top challenges faced by HR and the vendors ("Solution Providers") that support HRProficiency in standard business applications that drive efficiency (i.e., MS Office, PowerPoint,, WebEx.
