The position performs business process analysis and coordination for Multi-Factor Authentication Technology and Services. This position will be responsible for the coordination of Multi-Factor Authentication policy, practice, service, and technology architecture activities within EIS and specifically for smartcard and digital certificate based authentication methods. The position will focus on the framework of policy for Multi-Factor control requirements, the monitoring of control implementations in the enterprise, and reporting to stakeholders and management on enterprise adherence to policy-based multi-factor authentication control requirements. The successful TRM2 will work across teams within the Trusted Authentication Group to coordinate strategy and goals setting and to assist work groups in linking to other Cryptographic Services teams, other Enterprise Information Security teams, and other risk and technology teams to insure that services are being designed, maintained and deployed to meet requirements in the enterprise for Multi-Factor authentication. This position will perform coordination tasks for Authentication implementation and technical support activities between Management, Engineers, Project Management and application/systems stakeholders and partners. Position participates in the interactions with authentication technology vendors, ensuring that internal processes are functioning to ensure vendor product engineering is in line with the objectives and security requirements of Wells Fargo and vendor support teams to ensure issues impacting Wells Fargo are resolved quickly and effectively. Routinely interacts with LOBs and also acts in close coordination with Security architecture– provides leadership, guidance, insight, and planning/implementation strategy for Multi-Factor authentication technologies.

The day to day activities include the following:

  • Monitoring of processes to ensure that subscribing application and site-control meta-data, asset data collection and data maintenance is taking place.

  • The management and maintenance of risk-based tables defining access requirements in applications, within data tools used to guide and govern the services.

  • Identify and ensure biometric devices using CIV standards are profiled and delivered to qualified migrating Information Processing Facility (IPF) access areas and in-scope logical applications.

  • Maintenance and Support strategy development to ensure service assets are managed efficiently in terms of warrantee, break-fix, and ongoing upgrades.

  • Coordination of multiple vendors and Wells Fargo service delivery teams as required to support delivery of Multi-Factor Authentication services.

  • This position will be responsible for ensuring that data is populated completely in the Physical Access Management System, and that the quality of that data is regularly tested and improved.

  • The position will coordinate and drive requirements gathering for changes in the Multi-Factor Authentication systems as required, including Business Requirements Documents for development of solutions, test plan updates, and test result verification.

  • Facilitation of regular strategy planning process for MFA service delivery team.

  • Defining and coordinating JIRA based AGILE work activity coordination in Scrum or kanban models.

Direct or indirect management of base and incremental resources to meet migration objectives.

  • Must be organized and have rigorous attention to detail

  • Capable of negotiating diplomatically and delivering target outcomes

  • Capability to deliver business/technical presentations effectively

  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills with both Business and Technical/Engineering resources

  • Ability to work effectively under aggressive timelines and with challenging vendors/3rd parties and internal partners

  • Ability to anticipate and infer what is needed to successfully navigate complex processes in a large Enterprise

  • Advanced problem solving capabilities

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of technology delivery and relationship management experience with a client organization

  • 3+ years of process improvement experience

  • 3 + years of Microsoft Visio experience

  • 3 + years of Microsoft Project experience

  • 3+ years of experience creating macros and pivot tables in Excel

Desired Qualifications:

  • Relationship management experience delivering technology services between one or more internal technology organizations and medium-sized internal lines of business

  • Ability to identify business needs and deliver solutions in close partnership with line of business and technology

  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members

  • Knowledge and understanding of security solutions including: authentication and directory services, virtual private networks, application systems and public key infrastructures

  • Knowledge and understanding of leveraging and administering digital certificates, and keys for authentication and encryption--

  • Knowledge and understanding of security controls

  • Knowledge and understanding of large scale networked smart card technology systems for physical access control

  • Experience with biometric screening devices

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
