Responsibilities include:

Providing technical presentations to accounts and sales organization.

  • Work closely with sales force as consultant for enterprise technologies during sales calls and visits.

  • All iConnect Solutions

  • Enterprise PACS Solutions

  • Design and size infrastructure to support the solutions

  • Act as a consultant to customers to give expert guidance on IT / Technical needs

  • Development of an Enterprise Imaging Strategy

  • Create Visio diagrams to illustrate proposed hardware and interface configurations

  • Assist sales team in creation of Solution Design Documents

  • Answer technical questions about products to prospects and to various groups within new and existing customer accounts as well as internal resources.

  • Gather ongoing prospect-customer feedback and related information.

  • Provide product feedback and future enhancement requests to the Product Management organization based on requests that are made from customers and prospective customers.

  • Collect, disseminate, and share competitive information.

  • Work with internal platform and engineering resources to provide feedback regarding customer preferences and needs with regards to infrastructure

  • Provide content for related to RFI and RFP responses that the sales organization has decided to complete.

  • Serve as a consultant to each assigned customer by understanding industry and product trends, the customer’s business activity and potential impact on each customer.

  • Territory: US – Primarily North East

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Expertise in healthcare IT solutions dealing with networking and hardware configurations

  • 5+ years experience in the healthcare field working with healthcare applications and computer networks

  • 5+ years experience providing sales support and explaining technology to customers and sales prospects or providing internal support to company employees

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Deep experience with servers

  • Deep experience with storage technology

  • Strong ability to articulate technology concepts to both high level business audiences and highly clinical or technical individuals

  • Demonstrated self-confidence and self-reliance in conducting demonstrations, presentations and experience working in healthcare imaging business situations

  • Expertise in IT / imaging solutions dealing with image sharing and exchange

  • Experience with rack and infrastructure diagrams

  • Experience with virtualization a plus

Education/Certifications:

  • Technical Certification or Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
