Description

To serve customers in the parts department by taking orders including: setting up orders, inputting orders into the system, picking/packing parts, shipping & receiving, storage and follow up and invoicing.

  • Answer telephone calls and assist customers with parts orders

  • Set up orders, input orders into the system, print pick ticket and follow up as required

  • Picking and packing of parts

  • Shipping and receiving product

  • Bin maintenance

  • Cycle count processes

  • Stock parts on shelves

  • Use of lift truck

  • Answer customer queries, supply parts information

  • Verify credit before invoicing

  • Be able to Drive Company Vehicles

  • Other related duties as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma

  • Knowledge of the industry and parts

  • Must have a valid driver’s license (driver’s abstract may be required)

  • Computer aptitude

  • Good communication skills

  • Customer service focus

  • Lift certification

  • Focused on health / safety.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility in hours

  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time

  • Climbing, Grasping objects

  • Bend and lift loads up to 50lbs

  • Reading and writing - English

  • Computer data entry
