Work you ll do

As an SCCM Engineer - Security you will be responsible for the following for Windows Servers and Desktops:

Apply your Microsoft systems management experience and knowledge to manage an enterprise Microsoft Windows infrastructure utilizing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Active Directory, Group Policy and WSUS

Maintain integrity of the enterprise through the regular deployment of patches and updates including deadline driven critical vulnerabilities

Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012 R2 and Server 2016 OS platforms and Windows 7/10 Desktop Operating Systems

Perform ad hoc administration and daily monitoring tasks within Microsofts System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)

Participate in engineering and change control meetings

Write technical and operational management documentation (system design and engineering documents, SOPs)

Perform configuration of SCCM management points, distribution points, etc.

Perform and validate test packages for Microsoft operating systems

Manage production deployment process with other engineers

Provide rollout status/update reporting as required

Create custom SCCM reports and SQL queries

Integrate packages and software deployments into SCCM distributions throughout the organization

Conduct remote PC health checks (hardware, free disk space, memory, CPU, Antivirus definitions, etc.)

Deploy and troubleshoot SCCM software packages

Perform functional and root-cause analysis for client system configuration issues and provide support as needed

Provide consistent follow-up on incidents/changes/tasks until final objectives are completed

Work both independently with minimal guidance and collaboratively with a team

Identify and implement continuous improvement of systems and processes

Deliver weekly status updates to onsite project manager

Qualifications Required

A minimum of 5 years of related work experience

SCCM, WSUS, POAM, third party patching

Vulnerability Patch Management

Microsoft SMS (System Management Services)

DoD Information Assurance Certification

Windows OS Security

Windows Server Hardening

Additional US Delivery Center Requirements:

Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance

Must be willing to live and work in the Gilbert, AZ
