Eaton Corporation Planner in Monterrey, Mexico
Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking a Planner to join our team.
This position is based at our Monterrey facility.
The Planner is responsible for coordinate the material supply to the product line cell assigned by the elaboration of a master production Schedule. To make sure the correct raw materials get supplied on time to production in order to meet customer requirements.

Some activities related with the position will be:
Daily dating to confirm new orders, based on component delivery and capacity availability, make sure no have orders greater than 1 working day.
Align orders to meet daily sales target.
Prepare daily production plan with detail production order information to support service metrics with daily sales target, if any special delivery orders request as delivery groups or ship complete notify the production orders related, make sure all the production orders are shippable.
To Chair daily production meetings (GEMBAS) for assigned product lines. To keep track, analyze and report performance of assigned production cell (product lines) in regards of on time delivery, sales execution, capacity planning. In cases where any of these metrics does not show a positive trend, the Planner must report status of contingency plans and corrective actions.
Prepare weekly capacity meeting to support service metrics combined with daily sales target.
Publish schedule attainment and drive to meet 100% with root causes.
Reschedule all the past due production orders to the new commit schedule finish date.
Detect production order with a sales order shipping block, maintain and eliminate blocked orders inventory.
Follow up to assure production completion to service orders Commit, OPGI, DRP Ship date.
Prepare weekly 3UP file with orders misses and pareto, update root causes and corrective actions to improve metric.
Daily maintenance to SAP production orders based on the exception list messages, reschedule, cancel and follow up.
Meet target time responses to Siebels cases Customer 360 Enterprise based on current target levels.
To work with production, engineering and quality in order to schedule customer rework, RMAs
To attend and meet expected results of any training and cross-training scheduled.

Bachelor degree (BA Business, Engineering or similar)
1 to 3 years of related professional experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) English language (80% minimum)
MRP system/work order maintenance module knowledge (SAP desired).
